Celebrating Craig’s 50th Birthday in Nashville

Upon arrival at BNA Airport, you will exit the plane and make your way to the Baggage Claim. Follow the signs for the Ground Transportation Center, and your Driver will be waiting for you in a designated parking space. Your Driver will meet your entire Group with your Bus. You will be transferred to the Bobby Hotel to check-in (pending availability)

*The GTC can be found by going downstairs to the Lower Level (Level 1) and exit the Terminal. You will make a right and follow the signs and pedestrian canopy to the GTC. Many people will be walking that way, and it will also be labeled “Terminal Garage 2”. Your Bus has a reserved spot and will be waiting. 

**Driver Contact Info (Name and Number) will be provided one week prior to departure.

Today is a Free Day to spend at your own Leisure.

*Pending confirmation of Liquor Labs – along with Dinner and Drinks at The Local for “Writers Round”.

You will have the morning and afternoon free to spend at your own leisure.

Depart your Hotel by 5:00 PM, to the Twelve Thirty Supper Club.

Upon arrival, the Hostess will guide you to your Private Room where you will be greeted by your Host.

Enjoy your three (3) course Dinner.

Depart the Twelve Thirty Supper Club and enjoy all that Broadway and Music City have to offer.

This morning you will part ways with some of those in your party as they return  home.

You will have the remainder of the day free to spend at your own leisure.

*We recommend taking in Brunch at Hampton Social Club or Pancake Pantry. Make your way up to Pedestrian Bridge for a view of Music City and Nissan Stadium – as well as time for pictures. All of the Bars on Broadway will be filled with those enjoying the music as well as Football.

Enjoy dinner on your own.

Make your way back to the Hotel in time to pack.

Make your way down to the Lobby by 5:55 AM.

Your Driver will meet you in the Lobby of your Hotel at 6:00 AM.

Board your Transfer and secure your luggage as you depart for BNA Airport (depart no later than 6:15 AM)

Arrive at the GTC at the Terminal Garage 2 and make your way into the Departures Terminal located two floors up.

*Be sure to depart the Hotel no later than 6:15 AM so as to give everyone enough time to make your way to the Departure Terminal, check-in any Baggage, go through TSA, and arrive at your Departure Gate. 

**Breakfast / Coffee – we recommend to get this at the Airport. Most places will not be open that early in Nashville.
