Day 1: Depart/Arrive in Mexico City

Day 3: Mexico City

Visits to Museum of Blessed Miguel Pro – Holy Family Church – Metropolitan Cathedral – Cahpel of Miraculous Cross – and National Palace

Day 4: Mexico City – Puebla

Visits to Tlaxcala – Day Tour of Puebla (including Santa Monica Museum of Religious Art and St. Francis of Assisi Church).

Day 5: Puebla – Guanajuato

Day Tour of Cerro del Cubilete (famous towering Christ the King statue).

Day 6: Guanajuato – Guadalajara

Visit and Tour the Cerror del Cubilete – famous site for the Cristero movement.
Visit Santa Ana de Guadalupe and the Shrine of San Toribio Romo

Day 7 and 8: Guadalajara

Over the next two (2) days, you will visit and tour:
Sites aligned with St. Jose Sanchez del Rio (the young Cristero Martyr). This includes the Church of St. James (where he was imprisoned) and the Cemetary where he declared his faith with the famous words “Viva Cristo Rey!”
Tour Guadalajara Cathedral and historical landmarks.

Day 9: Return Home

Transfer to Mexico City Airport for return flight(s) home
