To complete the Form, you just need: 

 Europe / Middle East / Mexico or South America: Dates of Travel – OR – Departure Date, Destination, Tour Itinerary and Inclusions, Hotel (Four Star or Five Star), Size of your Group, Special Notes and Requests, Significance of the Trip (if any) 

Golf: Dates of Travel – OR – Departure Date, Destination(s), Select the Golf Courses – Tours and Excursions, Hotel (Four Star or Five Star), Size of your Group, Special Notes and Additional Requests, Significance of the Trip (if any) 

Southern Charm: Dates of Travel – OR – Departure Date, Destination City, Select the Tours – Excursions – Day Trips, Hotel (Four Star or Five Star), Size of your Group, Special Requests and Reservations, Significance of the Trip (if any) 

You can expect a Proposal within 48-72 Hours after request – during normal Business Hours. 

Absolutely – just let us know what you would like to add/edit. 

Reply to the Proposal confirming the Dates/Proposal you wish to Confirm. 

We will confirm and reserve all the highlights of your Trip as per the Proposal. Your Website will be created within 24 Hours of Confirmation – and you are free to begin Registering. 

Yes – All Web Addresses are www.letstrav.com/***. You just need to provide us with a word/name in place of the “***”. We recommend a name or word that is easy for everyone in the party to remember. 

The Website will mirror our Tour Websites and include all of the details of your Trip – Accommodations, Inclusions, the Itinerary, Pricing, and the Dates. Each person will register for the Trip through the website, create their own Account, and make their own Payments. 

The Website will be live within 24 hours of receiving your Confirmation. 

Group Leaders

Yes, a One-Page QR Code Flyer can be designed and sent to you in the form of a PDF. 

*You can then print as many copies of the PDF as you see fit.  

Promote the Trip to everyone who may be interested. Ensure you reach the required number of attendees as per the Proposal.  

The Website provides all details of the Tour. The FAQ Pages answer every question about traveling and packing. Registration: Clients register themselves and create their own Account. Payments are made via their Account – each client receives reminders if needed. 

An Account Manager in our Office will keep you informed of Registrations (so you know how many people are registered). When it comes closer to departure, we will provide you with a Rooming List (to know who is rooming with whom) and a Contact List (allowing you contact everyone prior to, and during, travel). 

 

International: The Tour Escort lives in the country you are in and are with your Group the whole way through. They handle all aspects of the Trip. They are there to assist with any and all questions from you or your clients will have – and they live locally and speak the local language (if needed). They have copies of the Rooming List, as well as all Reservations (which they will check-in the Group for all Tours, consult with the local guides (if needed), and the drivers.) There may be cases where you will need to assist the Tour Guide (leading the group back to the Bus, assisting someone who has fallen behind etc.) 

Golf – Southern Charms: We will provide you with all of the Confirmations and Contact Info. You will be the point of contact, and ensuring everyone is where they need to be in a timely fashion (Ex: If you are scheduled for a pick up at 9:00 AM – be sure everyone is in the lobby by 8:45 etc). Rest assured all reservations are reconfirmed before your arrival. If we need an opinion from you or there us an unforseen change – we will reach out to you directly.
