Putting together a Trip with your Friends or Family does not have to be complicated. With our help, and following these five steps, you will be on your way to pulling off a seamless trip!
Step 1: Theme
Once you establish the “reason” for the Trip – the next steps will fall into place. It sets the tone, and allows us to put the focus on where it needs to be. Where to go, where to stay, and the priorities.
Step 2: Duration
In addition to the season, how long you are staying somewhere matters. Quality over Quantity – especially as a Group. You want to avoid feeling rushed, or spending too much time traveling.
Step 3: Company
Take a look at who the trip is for, and/or who is joining you. This will let you know whether you should make time for sit-down dinners, Rooftop Pool time, or historical Walking Tours.
Step 4: Curate
This is more about your “ears” – and taking notes of what you hear. If Nashville, it can be as simple as noting “a nice Steak dinner” – and we’ll fill the where/when. Or perhaps you want to stay at the famous Dolly Parton themed Hotel.
Step 5: Budget
If it is hard to come up with a number (per person) – advising Four Star or Five Star will allow us to prepare a Trip that will fit around what you are looking for. But feel free to highlight things that are important – staying at The Graduate (Dolly Parton Hotel) is beyond a Star rating, and rather an experience of its own!
