Having traveled far-and-wide .. I have a long list of places that are worth your time. The first place I am proud to recommend: Biddy O’Barnes (Donegal, Ireland)
Travel to the northwest region of Ireland, and located at the foot of the Blue Stack Mountains is this hallmark Bar/Restaurant. Known to the locals as just “Biddy’s” – this family run pub has been around since 1870. It is no surprise they are the home to Donegal’s Best Pint of Guinness – but make sure to take it in by the fireplace in the Old Bar. Then continue over to the restaurant – the Signature dishes never fall short!
